How do I reserve a piece of equipment?

Our equipment is available to reserve via our website, by making a phone call, or stopping in at our office, located at 243 Market Ave SW Hartville, OH 44632. If using the website, you will be able to see the available rental times when you begin the booking process.

What are the rental intervals?

We offer four-hour, one-day, one-week, and four-week rental rates for most equipment. Select pieces of equipment might have reduced rate offerings. For this reason, a select item might not display all rate offerings under the pricing section.

Do you offer delivery? If yes, what do you charge?

Yes, we do deliver and pick up your equipment for a very reasonable fee. We try to have the equipment delivered by the specified time. Sometimes drop-offs are early and pickups are late but you will be charged for the time you specified. Please call us for the most up-to-date delivery rates.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, card, or check. If paying by cash or check, we do require a credit card to be placed on file for any damages or losses that might incur while renting our equipment.

When does my rental time start and end?

Rental time starts at the time of pickup or scheduled delivery time. In the case of a one-day rental, you may have possession of the equipment for 24 hours and may use 8 hours of engine run time.

How does weekend rental work?

Our weekend rate is Saturday/Sunday = 1 day charge and includes 8 hours of equipment runtime. Equipment must be back at opening time the following Monday morning. Any overage on hours will be billed incrementally.

How will I be charged if I go over the 8-hour equipment runtime?

The day rental would be a 24-hour time period which would include 8 hours of runtime on the machine.  If you have the machine back within 24 hours, but have gone over on hours, then the day charge would be pro-rated.  For instance, if you would have used it for 10 hours, then you would be billed for 1.25 days.

What if a piece of equipment is damaged?

We expect our equipment to come back in the same condition it was rented. We offer an optional damage waiver available for 12% of the cost of the rental. If the waiver is declined, the renter will be liable for the cost of the repairs required. The damage waiver covers accidental/incidental damage. WHAT IT DOES NOT COVER: It does not cover damage due to misuse, abuse, or neglect of equipment. It does not cover any glass breakage. It does not cover dropping trees, limbs, or branches on equipment. (This is neglect).

What is your cancellation policy?

We request that you be responsible and cancel your reservation only if unforeseen or extenuating circumstances arise. If a rental is being delivered and is cancelled after our driver has departed, you will be billed for the delivery. Frequent cancellations or no-shows may detrimentally affect your ability to rent equipment from us in the future.

Do your large equipment rentals comes with a trailer?

Some of our of equipment come equipped with a trailer for transporting. When noted on the product page that a trailer is included, this is fixed into the cost of the rental and a discount will not be given if use of the trailer is declined. If a trailer is not included, we do offer discounts on our trailer rental to haul equipment rented from us. If you need a trailer to transport a piece of equipment and it does not include the rental of one, please call our customer service representatives at (330) 587-5387.

We frequently post equipment for sale to our website under the sale page. If you are interested in a piece of equipment that is not on this page, inquire via phone or stopping in to see if it is for sale.

What if I can’t find a piece of equipment on your website?
